We understand that even the bravest heroes occasionally find themselves on a quest for the perfect treasure only to discover it's not quite what they sought. Timeframe for Returns:
You have 28 days to commence your return journey from the day your treasure arrived at your doorstep. However, for all clearance treasures and sale items, regrettably, we can't offer an exchange scroll at this time.
Condition of Your Loot:
Before you embark on the return quest, ensure your loot remains untouched, like the untamed wilderness of the Feywild. Keep it in its original packaging, with labels and tags as pristine as a dragon's hoard.If it returns to us smelling less like an enchanted forest and more like an ogre's lair (oh, the travesty!), we shall be in contact. In such cases, a refund spell may not always be cast.
The Waiting Game:
The patience of a noble adventurer is tested as we process your return within 14 working human days of its arrival at our mystical vaults. An owl shall deliver an email to your abode, containing tidings of your refund's whereabouts.
The Costly Expedition:
Alas, the expenses of returning your treasure to our Chaotic Good realm rest upon your courageous shoulders, therefore the choice of courier is yours to make, choose wisely (not Hermes)
Damaged or Cursed Relics:
Should you receive a relic in a cursed state, fear not! Dispatch a message to our trusty Chaotic Good Support, and we shall arrange for a free return expedition.
However, heed this warning: contact Chaotic Good Support prior to returning the bewitched relic, please do not allow our team to attune to less than savoury relics.
Guardians of the Parcel:
Always remember, the safeguarding of your parcel remains your sacred duty until it completes its journey to our mystical realm. So, invoke a protection enchantment to ensure its safe arrival, aka send it tracked.
The Price of Magic:
The original shipping fees, alas cannot be refunded unless the relics themselves are damaged or have lost their way. If the error rest upon our shoulder, no fee will be incurred.

Should the magic of refunds elude you, wait for up to 14 working days from the day you dispatched your relic to us before sounding the horn of refund inquiries.
